About Alex

Alex’s role with Nuveen Real Estate combines investment management and analytical support for the central London office and balanced fund teams. This includes responsibility for portfolio and investment analysis, portfolio and asset modeling and forecasting. In addition, he performs an advisory role for a client with a significant holding in King’s Cross Central – an acquisition in which Alex was heavily involved.

Prior to joining the business as a fund analyst in 2010, Alex worked for Schroders as an assistant fund manager supporting the day-to-day running of two funds. Prior to this, Alex was in research at Schroders where his responsibilities included producing the U.K. property market forecasts, co-ordinating asset allocation, and fund modeling.

Alex graduated with a B.Sc., honors, in Economics and Business Economics from the University of Southampton.
