About Justin Felix
Justin is the Assistant Portfolio Manager for the U.S. Cities Multifamily Strategy, an open-end housing-specialist strategy, investing in institutional quality assets in selective resilient U.S. cities.
Before transitioning to his current role, Justin was an associate on the Housing Transactions team covering the West Coast assisting with acquisitions and dispositions of ~$1.4 billion of housing assets. Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate, Justin was an Investment Sales Associate at Marcus & Millichap covering the Inland Empire of Southern California. Justin focused primarily on multi-family investments for family offices and high net worth individual investors.
Justin graduated with a B.S. in Finance, Real Estate and Law from California State Polytechnic University – Pomona. He is a licensed real estate sales professional in the state of California and frequently mentors and speaks at his alma maters real estate association.
