Jeffrey Warshauer, CFA®
About Jeffrey Warshauer
Jeffrey Warshauer leads ESG integration and Stewardship for public equities at Nuveen. He is responsible for the oversight and execution of the enterprise engagement and proxy voting program as well as the integration of sustainability considerations within the investment process.
Prior to joining the firm in 2026, he served as Corporate Governance Officer at New Jersey Division of Investment where he designed, launched and lead the ESG integration and investment stewardship activities at one of the largest public plan sponsors in the country. His background also includes nearly a decade in fundamental research as a generalist across investment grade and high yield credits and sell-side equity covering the medical device and life sciences industries. Jeffrey began working in the investment industry in 2006.
Jeffrey graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Richmond. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation and is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
