About David H. Chan
David Chan is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of Core and Core-Plus debt transactions in Australia and New Zealand. Prior to Nuveen, David was with Phoenix Property Investors and was responsible for the origination and execution of Phoenix’s equity and debt investments throughout Asia Pacific.
Prior to Phoenix, David was with H.I.G. Capital in New York, where he was responsible for investing and managing value-add and special situation real estate investments in the US. Prior to H.I.G. Capital, David was with Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Banking in New York and with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investment Banking in Hong Kong.
David graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.
