About Anthea Trazzera
Anthea is Director of Housing. In this role she is responsible for financial performance and growth of Nuveen’s real estate housing portfolio and opco interests in Australia, with a focus on purpose-built student accommodation. In addition to managing the Australian housing portfolio, Anthea also leads equity origination and acquisitions across all other real estate sectors in Australia.
Prior to joining Nuveen in 2020, Anthea was a Capital Transactions Analyst at ASX listed REIT, Mirvac. In this role, Anthea worked across various real estate balance sheet and third party mandate acquisitions and disposals across office, industrial, retail and mixed-use sectors. Prior to joining the capital transactions team, Anthea worked in the investment management business at Mirvac as an Asset Manager, and was responsible for the financial and strategic performance of a portfolio of office assets in Sydney.
Anthea graduated with a combined Bachelor of Property Economics with Honours, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney. Anthea holds the CAIA designation.
