About Sweta Ramarathnam
Sweta is the Assistant Fund Manager for the European Cities Strategy, a pan-European diversified fund, where she supports transaction execution and actively contributes to the strategy's portfolio management and capital raising activities.
Sweta joined Nuveen Real Estate in 2021, initially as part of the Housing and Alternatives team, focusing on residential and student housing strategies across Europe. Prior to Nuveen, she worked at EY London in the International Tax team, advising asset management clients, where she spent considerable time working with Nuveen as a consultant.
Sweta graduated with an MA (Hons) in Economics and Finance from the University of Edinburgh, holds the CAIA (Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst) designation, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS).
