About Matyas Nemeth
As an Associate in Nuveen Real Estate’s debt team, Matyas assists in the analysis, underwriting and execution of investment opportunities.
Prior to joining the organization in 2022, Matyas worked at Jones Lang LaSalle’s Funding team within its Living Capital Markets division, advising residential real estate developers on financing strategies across the U.K. Prior to this, Matyas also worked in JLL’s U.K. Commercial Debt Advisory team focusing on traditional asset classes.
Matyas graduated with a B.A. in English from the Kodolanyi Janos University, an M.A. in Communication and International Marketing from the University of Surrey and an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
