About Bryan Morland

Bryan Morland oversees the industrial and logistics sector team globally for Nuveen Real Estate, including all transactional and operational activity across the sector vertical. In addition, he is responsible for defining the global industrial and logistics strategy, formulating partnerships, and launching new sector-focused investment funds and initiatives.

Bryan joined Nuveen Real Estate in 2020 to oversee U.S. industrial real estate asset management and operational activity, including oversight of all leasing, capital expenditure deployment and property management activities at the property and fund levels.

Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate, Bryan served as Managing Director, Head of U.S. Industrial Operations for Colony Industrial. Before his leadership role at Colony Industrial, he worked at Cobalt Capital Partners (acquired by Colony in 2014) as Managing Director, National Asset Management Platform. As part of the management teams for both Colony Industrial and Cobalt, he helped develop a best-in-class industrial investment platform that scaled from start-up to a $5.7 billion business over 17 years. Additionally, Bryan spent nearly five years in public accounting with Ernst & Young and Deloitte within their audit and consulting practices.

Bryan graduated with a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Sociology, both from Oklahoma State University. He holds a CPA in the state of Oklahoma.
