About Silviya Hecker
Silviya is responsible for the finance management for several of Nuveen
Real Estate’s German and pan European real estate funds with focus on
logistics sector.
Since joining the business in 2016, she has helped to close more than 24 transactions across Europe. She is primarily responsible for coordination and monitoring of real estate transactions along with negotiations of loan agreements, management of external property and fund accountants and cooperation with the Service-KVGs, tax advisors and auditors. Prior to joining Nuveen Real Estate, Silviya worked for five years in the audit department of KPMG, where she audited real estate asset managers, German Spezialfonds and property companies with team leading position.
Silviya has a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from the Goethe University, Frankfurt.
