Robin Hutchison

About Robin Hutchison
Robin is Fund Manager on two diversified U.K. mandates; the Nuveen U.K. Property Fund and a separate segregated U.K. pension fund mandate. He has managed both these funds for the past three years delivering relative outperformance on both mandates versus their respective benchmarks. Prior to this role, he was Head of Asset Management on the Janus Henderson U.K. PAIF. He has extensive investment and asset management experience across all sectors with a speciality in industrials, office space and life sciences. On JHUKPAIF he was the responsible for over £1 billion of office and industrial assets and has completed over £900 million of transactions over the last four years. Robin was instrumental in delivering outperformance on all the three aforementioned strategies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Robin was a Senior Asset Manager within the investment management team at JLL, advising on a number of institutional portfolios. He has also worked on JLL’s residential and development team advising clients on investment into the U.K.’s private rented sector.
Robin graduated with an undergraduate degree in Geography from The University of Nottingham and an M.Sc. in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds the Investment Management Certificate.
