Nuveen Green Capital was proud to partner with the Medallion Group to provide $4.2M in C-PACE financing to the total project cost of $18.1M, to fund key energy efficiency measures, including HVAC, lighting, water conservation, an elevator, as well as building envelope and roof insulation. This deal marks the first-ever C-PACE-financed project in Canadian County, Oklahoma.
Our goal is to be efficient on all facets of our development projects, including energy and capital. This is our first project utilizing C-PACE financing and Nuveen Green Capital brings not only a personable approach to financing, but also a proficiency that is remarkable.
