The Paramount Baltimore is a planned 88,000-square-foot, four-story live music and entertainment venue with a 3,800-person capacity. It is located in the heart of Baltimore’s Warner Street Entertainment District, also known as “The Walk at Warner Street.” With an expected completion date of April 2026, The Paramount Baltimore will host concerts, performances, and corporate events. It will serve as a hub for the city’s burgeoning entertainment district, which includes M&T Bank Stadium, Horseshoe Casino, Topgolf, as well as numerous dining, retail, and entertainment destinations.
Opportunity
NGC provided $26 million in C-PACE financing for The Paramount Baltimore. By leveraging C-PACE capital to fund the project mid-construction, the developers – The Paramount Baltimore Founders Group and Caves Valley Partners – were able to fill a gap in their capital stack with C-PACE’s attractive, long-term, fixed-rate financing — enabling the project to reach completion.
