Located in downtown Tulsa, the Sinclair Building is a 100-year old historical office building which, after being empty for 25-years, will be renovated and converted into a nine-story, 64-unit multifamily building. Developer, Ross Group, has constructed and stabilized six other historic buildings, including two multifamily buildings, and they are known for honoring building’s historic style, while updating and modernizing them.
Nuveen Green Capital provided $4.3M in C-PACE financing to fund key energy efficiency measures for this historic renovation, including building envelope, water conservation and HVAC.

They integrated and collaborated with the community bank and historic tax credit teams to finance the rehab of a 100 year old building in downtown Tulsa.
