Nuveen Green Capital’s C-PACE financing was an integral part of the development capital stack, utilized to finance $2,500,000 in energy efficiency measures of the new construction project, which included HVAC and packaged terminal air conditioner systems. This, along with other green components of the building, will result in significant savings and have helped to make the hotel a National Green Building Standard Silver certified property.
Hampton Inn & Home2 Suites by Hilton in Towson, Maryland is a 220-room dual-branded hotel project that is part of a mixed-used development named Towson Row. Once completed, the development will include modern retail, office, housing, and hospitality properties.
