Capella is a 22-story, 573k square-foot multifamily luxury high-rise located in Symphony Park — a growing 61-acre master-planned neighborhood in downtown Las Vegas. Formerly a Union Pacific rail yard, Symphony Park has evolved into a dynamic urban hub.
Once complete, Capella will include 272 luxury apartments, which will boast expansive views of the Las Vegas valley. The property will also include 17k square feet of ground floor retail space and will feature resort-like amenities, including concierge services, a spa with two saunas, a pool lounge with cabanas and grills, an indoor/outdoor fitness center, and a co-working space, among many others.
C-PACE Opportunity
Nuveen Green Capital partnered with Bank Hapoalim on a combined $100 million construction financing package for repeat Sponsor, Southern Land Company. $50 million in C-PACE capital (24% LTC) was deployed mid-construction to fund key energy and water efficiency measures for the project. Through the strategic use of C-PACE, Southern Land was able to free up liquidity to fund their remaining project costs and reinvest in future developments, while ensuring the asset’s long-term success.
