About Laura Laumont
Laura is the Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets. In this role, she oversees Nuveen Green Capital’s capital markets strategy with support from three team members. Under her leadership, NGC has raised over $1.4 billion of debt capital through securitizations and revolving lines of credit, solidifying the firm’s leadership position and access to capital.
Prior to NGC, Laura worked in real estate private equity for 12 years with Clarion Partners and Aviva Investors. At Clarion Partners, Laura completed over $5 billion in acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions. At Aviva Investors, Laura oversaw $600 million of equity in real estate partnerships throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Laura graduated with a B.S. from the University of Virginia.
