About Rob Bewkes
Rob is the Head Counsel for Nuveen Green Capital and has been with the firm for over eight years. Rob oversees all of Nuveen Green Capital’s asset closings and has supervised over 615 C-PACE transactions across 26 states, as well as the District of Columbia.
Rob provides legal guidance for Nuveen Green Capital’s senior management and originations teams, while also advising state and local governments across the country on the creation, optimization and implementation of C-PACE programs and policies.
Prior to Nuveen Green Capital, Rob served as Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the New York City Law Department.
Rob earned a BA from Duke University, and his JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
