About Dylan Cohen

Dylan Cohen is an Associate at Nuveen Real Estate and an Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Nuveen Global Cities REIT.

Dylan originally joined Nuveen in 2020 to assist with the implementation of various equity and debt investment vehicles as a part of the product development team. In early 2021, Dylan transitioned over to the portfolio management team where he covered two open-end, core commercial real estate funds as well as the affordable housing portfolio of TIAA’s General Account prior to joining the Nuveen Global Cities REIT.

Dylan graduated with a B.B.A in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics and International Business from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
