About Andrew Rich

Andrew is the fund manager for the European Cities strategy, Nuveen Real Estate’s flagship pan-European strategy.

Andrew joined the firm in 2004 as assistant fund manager, before becoming a lead manager. Subsequent roles have included fund manager of the UK Outlet Mall Partnership which he helped to establish in 2008 and fund manager for the European Outlet Mall strategy, overseeing all funds’ investment, development and asset management activities. Before joining the company, Andrew worked at Healey & Baker Investment Managers for three years. He joined the real estate industry in 2000.

Andrew graduated with a B.S., honors, in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University and holds the Investment Management Certificate and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
