Opportunity
Through Patterson Real Estate Advisory Group, NGC provided $14.8 million in C-PACE financing alongside senior lender United Bank to capitalize the hotel development. By utilizing C-PACE, the sponsors, DSM Real Estate Partners and Stafford Development Company, secured cost-effective, fixed-rate, non-recourse construction financing with tranched funding tailored to the project’s construction timeline. This structure reduced upfront equity requirements while locking in favorable long-term rates, enhancing the project’s overall financial viability and return on investment.
