C-PACE Opportunity
NGC provided $63.8 million in C-PACE financing to repeat sponsor Zyyo, alongside a $21 million senior loan from First State Bank. Zyyo deployed C-PACE to fund energy and water efficiency, as well as resilience measures for the ground-up construction. C-PACE provided the sponsor with competitively priced, non-recourse financing and an extended capitalized interest period, critical for project stabilization and advancing broader master development goals.
