NGC provided $124 million in C-PACE financing to sponsor Rilea Group. By leveraging C-PACE’s low cost capital, the Sponsor secured more efficient, non-recourse financing that will deliver significant short- and long-term cost savings. C-PACE enabled them to develop and retain ownership of the multifamily rentals, while also providing the flexibility to sell the ground-floor retail condominiums individually to capitalize on record-setting neighborhood retail pricing.
