Charter Senior Living Sheboygan is a planned, independent and assisted living and memory care community located four miles northwest of downtown Sheboygan, WI. The project is part of “North Town,” a 99-acre master-planned mixed-use development. Once complete, it will be a three-story, 191k square-foot building, which will include 182 units. Jointly developed by DMK Development Group, North Town Partners, and Charter Senior Living, the property will meet the needs of the growing population of seniors in the Sheboygan area.
Opportunity
Nuveen Green Capital partnered with repeat Sponsor, North Town Partners, to provide $10.6 million in C-PACE financing as part of the $55 million project cost. C-PACE will be utilized to fund key energy and water efficiency measures. By leveraging C-PACE’s accretive capital, North Town Partners was able to fill a gap in their capital stack, lowering their overall project costs.
