Property summary
1204 North Hudson Avenue is located in the heart of Midtown Oklahoma City, OK. The 46,503 square foot property consists of a 3-story new construction office building on top of ground level parking and 2,400 square feet of ground floor office and retail.
We knew from the onset we would use C-PACE Financing for our new Hudson Office Building, which pushed us to rethink our sustainability approach to design. In the end, we will have a building that is more energy-efficient, with some reduced project costs due to our sustainability approach, because we used a great financing tool to help us achieve those goals. This is our second project utilizing C-PACE and working alongside Nuveen Green Capital on another project has been a great experience. We look forward to working with them on many more projects!
