About Tara Crotty
Tara is the Managing Director, Head of Asset Management for Nuveen Green Capital. She oversees the construction and servicing of NGC-managed C-PACE loans. In addition, she is involved in the structuring, implementation, and ongoing management of the firm’s financing facilities. Since joining in 2017, she has grown her team to 12 members, who manage the C-PACE assets and financing facilities.
Prior to NGC, Tara worked at BlackRock as a Director in the Capital Markets Group where she structured, marketed, and implemented alternative assets, including Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) and opportunistic funds. Tara has also held positions at Standard and Poor’s (now S&P Global) in the Structured Finance Group, rating new issuance Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs), as well as at Deutsche Bank, where she worked in the Corporate Trust Department.
Tara holds a B.S. from Seton Hall University.
