Strategy description

Our NWQ global all-cap strategy seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in undervalued global companies. Our research team implements a rigorous bottom-up approach to identify undervalued companies that have  identifiable catalysts and attractive risk/return characteristics. We believe those attributes will drive the recognition of value and returns in the future for our portfolios.

Our extensive research on global companies focuses on qualitative factors such as restructuring, management strength, shareholder orientation, and the ability to capitalize on improving industry fundamentals which are incorporated into our proprietary modeling and valuation analysis.

Our Global All-Cap portfolio is well diversified across 40-60 companies whose capitalization is generally greater than $100 million and is largely comprised of ordinary shares listed on the world’s major stock exchanges.
