The property at 77 Belle Street in Columbus, OH is the location for a new, 198-room independent lifestyle boutique hotel and part of the downtown mixed-use project called The Peninsula. The independent hotel will include a destination restaurant, lobby bar, rooftop bar, fitness center, 10,000 square feet of meeting space, coffee shop, and 6,500 square feet of retail space.
