Our Kingsdale C-PACE financing has kept us thinking about energy efficiency for our project which will benefit us as owners in the long run. Nuveen Green Capital’s C-PACE capital also provided an enhanced return for us and our investor group while improving the overall loan to cost for our lender partners Wesbanco, Civista, and First Commonwealth.
