3180 Kingsdale Center is a new Class A, seven-story multifamily apartment building with five levels of residential units located within the Columbus metropolitan area. The property consists of 325 apartments with a two-level parking garage for tenants. The property is part of a larger complex featuring a senior living facility and a community center.
