Targeting public universities with Division I athletics and enrollment levels of at least 15,000. Preferred locations include pedestrian to campus or on a dedicated shuttle line. Lot size: $25M-$100M
Able to provide a variety of financing solutions both fixed and floating rate across the risk spectrum and throughout the capital stack with loan terms ranging from 3 to 10 years. Senior fixed rate loans; floating rate bridge loans for transitional/value-add executions; and mezzanine debt all secured by a variety of property types across the United States.
