About Pamela West

Pamela is a seasoned real estate executive with over 25 years of progressive experience leading large-scale investment strategies and portfolio management. She currently leads the U.S. Affordable Housing platform for Nuveen Real Estate, where she oversees sourcing, execution, and portfolio management while optimizing performance across multi-investor and separately managed account vehicles. Throughout her career, she has successfully executed over $15 billion in transactions spanning acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and asset management.

Her expertise encompasses both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, demonstrated through her previous role as Regional Head of Acquisitions and Asset Management for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region at TH Real Estate, where she managed a $2.8 billion portfolio of Class A/B multifamily assets. Pamela combines strong financial acumen with deep market knowledge and relationship-building skills, consistently identifying and capitalizing on investment opportunities that drive value.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Pamela is actively engaged in industry leadership, serving on multiple boards and advisory councils including the City Parks Foundation, Real Estate Advisory Boards, ULI Affordable Workforce Housing Investors Council, and WX-New York Women Executives in Real Estate. She holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a bachelor's degree in English Education from UNC Greensboro.
