About Reggie Noel
Reggie is a senior investment manager, working for the Nuveen Housing Team. His primary focus is on both the investment strategy and asset management of the Eagle JV Student Accommodation
portfolio – a Pan European Student Housing joint venture between Nuveen’s parent TIAA and Value One, an Austrian based real estate developer and operator of student housing.
Historically, Reggie has been responsible for increasing the firm’s exposure to alternative investment sectors, including Student, Healthcare, Data Centres and Hotels. He joined the firm in 2009 as a graduate, where he provided support on a number of investment research initiatives. After spending time with the performance and analytics team supporting some of the U.K. Balanced Funds as an analyst, he was promoted to portfolio manager role to focus on core plus investment strategies, in particular Janus Henderson’s U.K. PAIF.
Reggie graduated with a B.Sc. in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He also holds the IMC accreditation.
