TH Real Estate provides acquisition financing for 200 Aldersgate London
TH Real Estate has provided financing to long-term Korean investor - Samsung SRA Investment Management for the acquisition of 200 Aldersgate, in the City of London.
The 430,000 sq ft (39,948 sq m) office building has been comprehensively refurbished and is fully let to a wide range of tenants. The building benefits from a variety of floor plates, excellent transport links and fantastic amenities in and around the area.
Christoph Wagner, Director of Debt Strategies at TH Real Estate, comments: "This transaction exemplifies the speed of execution TH Real Estate can deliver for a large loan which we will hold to maturity in full. We are delighted to have completed the transaction with Samsung SRA Investment Management and Savills Investment Management."
Samsung SRA Investment Management was advised by Savills Investment Management. TH Real Estate's global debt portfolio comprises c.$27 billion AUM.
