About Roman
Roman is responsible for the investment and fund management of several Austrian diversified commercial property funds within Nuveen Real Estate.
Roman joined the firm in 2013 as a senior portfolio manager, responsible for transactions and asset management across multiple funds. In 2014 he took over the role as a fund manager dealing as well with structural, tax and financial topics. Prior to this, he spent six years working in Hamburg with MM Warburg’s property subsidiary HIH, where he was responsible for transactions across Europe and other overseas markets, completing deals in Austria, Belgium, Germany and New Zealand. He began his career in 2003.
He graduated with degrees in Spatial Planning and Real Estate Management from the KTH in Stockholm and the Technical University, Vienna.
