About David
David is responsible for property investments in Austria. He is also fund director, overseeing various Austria strategies for Nuveen Real Estate.
Prior to joining the company, David was responsible for the Austrian portfolio of Austria’s largest real estate company IMMOFINANZ AG. He also held the position of head of real estate management at Hypo Alpe Adria Bank AG. He started his career as a technical drawer in civil engineering, and held various steering and development roles in the UK (e.g. The Hilton Docklands in London) for an Austrian company, Konhäusner. David graduated with a degree in Architectural Studies from the Technical University Graz.
