 Norteshopping is a two-storey regional shopping centre adjoining an existing Continente hypermarket and two office buildings. The Centre provides an eight screen NOS multiplex cinema, Rock&Bowl and numerous anchor units, including Primark, Fnac, Zara, Continente Bom Dia supermarket, Area, H&M and a Solinca Health Club, amongst others. It also has a co-generation plant producing electricity that is sold to the condominium and to EDP. Norteshopping is undergoing a major expansion project which will increase the GLA of the scheme by approx. 15,000 sq m and the parking by 850 additional car park spaces. The expansion project will allow the centre to have, among others, a premium mall, a food market and a Primark store of more than 6,700 sq m.
