About Todd H. Rollins

Todd is head of the Nuveen Real Estate's northeast retail asset management team based in New York City, responsible for leading a team of investment and asset management professionals responsible for all retail equity acquisitions, dispositions and the asset management function for an 8.5 million square foot multi-billion dollar portfolio of shopping centers, malls, and urban retail assets located throughout the Northeast and Midwest.

Most recently, Todd was the lead portfolio manager for the U.S. Cities Retail Fund, a core open-end, commingled retail sector fund which was the first domestic fund associated with Nuveen’s Global Cities Series targeting retail assets in select U.S. investment cities and dominant retail assets diversified by sub-type and geography. Todd helped develop the Fund strategy and launched the fund in early 2018 closing on four assets totaling approximately 500,000 sq ft of GLA and approximately $200M in AUM. He is a real estate executive with over twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with core expertise managing teams charged with maximizing the value of portfolios of real estate assets including retail, multi-family, storage, and mixed-use projects and overseeing assets throughout the life-cycle including acquisition/disposition, capital structure, development/ redevelopment, leasing, operations, property management as well as executive-level interaction with strategic partners, investors, and fiduciaries.

Todd graduated with a B.A. in International Studies from Emory College and an M.B.A. from Goizueta Business School at Emory University. He regularly participates in public speaking engagements including Bloomberg Radio, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, JLL's Retail University, and Keynote Speaker for the Markets Group in Chicago.
