In this issue of next, we’ll explore topics making news in the DC world and potential ways to continue driving equality and protect plan committees at the same time. Finally, we look at the the role of benefits in recruitment and retention, specifically in the context of the pandemic and current labor market. Talent is at a premium across the economy, and now is the time to better align benefits with what employees expect, or even demand.
