About John Cunniff
John is a portfolio manager and head of the target date multi-asset portfolio management team at Nuveen. His role includes managing Nuveen’s target date and target risk strategies.
Prior to joining the firm in 2006, John served as director of U.S. equity research at Morgan Stanley and as a portfolio manager for Van Kampen Investments, managing equity and balanced strategies. He entered the investment industry in 1992.
John graduated with a B.S. from Johns Hopkins University, an M.S.E. from Princeton University, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Securities Analysts.
