Vision enables advisors to view mutual fund information in real time and offers the following features:

  • Inquiries
  • Exchange Fund Shares
  • Purchase Fund Shares
  • Redeem Fund Shares

FAN Mail

FAN Mail (Financial Advisors Network Mail) provides advisors with automated downloads of client data. FAN Mail transmits files like the following:

  • Shareholder Positions
  • Account Profile
  • Financial Transactions
  • Dividends
  • Daily Pricing

Login to FAN Mail

For your protection, the Account Access system requires that you use an 128 bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) browser. Browsers which qualify are Internet Explorer 4.x and higher, Netscape Navigator 4.x and higher, and AOL 4.0 or higher. The Account Access system will verify the browser type upon log-in. If a different browser level is required, the screen will automatically display options to download the browser of your choice.
