Tradewinds routinely hires for Institutional Portfolio Management positions, Traders and Equity Analysts. In addition, the Research Associate Program is a 2-year program in which associates provide assistance to an assigned analyst in the field of research, analysis and data assembly. The program allows associates to cultivate investment knowledge and experience by working closely with seasoned analysts while also making useful contributions to the firm.
