Our Small/Mid Cap Value strategy seeks to identify under valued securities with small-to-mid sized market capitalizations. The portfolios include under valued securities of companies in industries with positive or improving fundamentals.

The universe of stocks includes those companies whose capitalizations typically range from $500 million to $7 billion. Risk controls include maintaining a weighted average market cap comparable to the Russell 2500® Value Index and to limit position sizes to 5% at time of purchase.*

Our research team performs extensive bottom-up research on companies and industries focusing on qualitative factors such as restructuring, management strength, shareholder orientation and the ability to capitalize on improving industry fundamentals.
