Prior to joining NWQ in 2005, Sean spent five years as Head Trader for a traditional hedge fund called CapitalWorks Investment Partners. Prior to this he was a trader at a global value manager called Brandes Investment Partners and a global growth advisor of Nicholas Applegate Capital Management in San Diego.

Sean received his B.S. in Finance and Marketing thru the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.
