Effective December 31, 2010, Nuveen Investments acquired the long-term asset management business of FAF Advisors, Inc., including the assets of FAF Advisors used in providing investment advisory services to the long mutual funds marketed under the First American funds name. As a result of this transaction, the affected First American long funds have been renamed to reflect the Nuveen Family of Funds brand
