 | Jon D Bosse, CFA - Portfolio Manager; Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining NWQ Investment Management Company in 1996, Mr. Bosse spent ten years with ARCO Investment Management Company where, in addition to managing a value-oriented fund, he was the Director of Equity Research. Previously, he spent four years with ARCO in Corporate Finance.
Mr. Bosse received his BA in Economics from Washington University, St. Louis, where he was awarded the John M. Olin Award for excellence in economics, and graduated summa cum laude. He received his MBA from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
In addition, he received his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1992 and is a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Los Angeles Society of Financial Analysts. | |

from another Nuveen Fund or for purposes of dividend reinvestment.
Effective December 31, 2008 the reinstatement privilege for Class B shares
will no longer be available. Effective May 1, 2008, Class R shares were
