As a result of Nuveen’s acquisition of the long term asset management business of First American Funds, there are now two versions of each form and application, one for original Nuveen mutual funds and a second for former First American Funds. To locate your appropriate form or application, click on the corresponding link below or use the Help Me Choose tool to select your fund from the list. You will then be directed to the appropriate Forms and Applications section.

	Nuveen New Mutual Fund Account Application This application must be preceded or accompanied by a current fund prospectus, and may not be used to open retirement or Nuveen Defined Portfolio reinvestment accounts. If you wish to open these types of accounts, please call Nuveen Investments to request the appropriate application.	Investor
