| Mr. Boothe joined Santa Barbara Asset Management in 2002 from USAA Investment Management where he was a portfolio manager. Prior to that Mr. Boothe was a portfolio manager and analyst at San Juan Asset Management. He has a BBA from Kent State University and an MBA in finance from Loyola Marymount University. Mr. Boothe holds the CFA Institute Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
Michael Carne |
| Michael Carne, CFA, serves as portfolio manager for the Fund's Income-Oriented Strategy. Prior to joining NWQ in 2002, Mr. Carne managed institutional and private client fixed income and balanced portfolios for over ten years, including assignments ING Aeltus, a Phoenix Home Life affiliate, Carne, O'Brient, Ferry & Roth, LLC, and Standard Asset Management. Mr. Carne graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BBA degree in Finance and received his MBA from Harvard University. |
Rob A. Guttschow |
| Rob Guttschow is a portfolio manager for HydePark and Nuveen Asset Management, both affiliates of Nuveen Investments. Rob is responsible for designing and managing equity and alternative based portfolios for a variety of funds. Prior to joining NAM in 2004, Rob was a managing director and senior portfolio manager at Lotsoff Capital Management (LCM), where he managed a variety of taxable fixed income portfolios and enhanced equity index products for over ten years. Rob earned a bachelor of science degree in engineering and a MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He is a Chartered Financial analyst and a member of the CFA Society. |
John Gambla |
| John Gambla is a portfolio manager for HydePark and Nuveen Asset Management, both affiliates of Nuveen Investments. John is responsible for designing and managing equity and alternative investments. His previous role was as a senior trader and quantitative specialist with trading, portfolio management, product development and fundamental and quantitative research responsibilities within Nuveen Asset Management during the past sixteen years. Prior to his career with Nuveen, he was a financial analyst with Abbott Laboratories. John earned a bachelor of science degree in genetics and developmental biology and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Certified Financial Risk Manager, Phi Beta Kappa. |
